    • Cancellations received 30-15 days before arrival date apply 50% of penalty.
    • Cancellations received 14 days before arrival date apply 100% of penalty.
    • Bank fees are not refundable.

    • 25% Guarantee payment must be made at the moment to proceed with reservatons. 
    • Final payment must be made 45 days prior your arrival.  
    • Prepayment must be done via credit card upon payment link deliver to traveler.
